First Ameritas Group offers several quality eye care plans from two premier national carriers, VSP and EyeMed. Each carrier provides its own large, nationwide panel of qualified providers. Visit a panel provider to take advantage of in-network savings.
VSP
If you are insured under our VSP Focus® or Flex ESM (VSP) eye care plan, use the VSP panel to locate a provider in your area.
EyeMed
If you are insured under our EyeMed ViewPointeSM or Flex ESM (EyeMed) eye care plan, or have access to the EyeMed discount plan, choose an EyeMed panel to locate a provider in your area.
